What we collect

What you enter in the "Request a demo" form: your name, organisation, mobile number, email (optional), the product you are interested in, the size of your operation and any message you write.

What is recorded with the request: the page you sent it from, the first page you landed on, the website that referred you, any campaign identifiers in the link (such as utm_source, gclid, fbclid and ttclid), the page language and your cookie choice.

While you browse: your IP address and browser type. The IP address is used to protect the form from spam. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, usage data is collected as described in our cookie policy.

The interactive demo: it runs on sample companies' data only, and nothing you type or change in it is saved.

How we use it

• To contact you, arrange the demo and answer your question.
• To follow up your request within our sales team.
• To learn which channels and campaigns brought you to us so we can improve our marketing, only if you accept advertising cookies.
• To protect the site and the form from abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the service you asked for.

Who we share it with

• The Sabeel team responsible for sales and support.
• Service providers that run the site for us: hosting, email and, where used, our customer relationship (CRM) system.
• Advertising and analytics platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and Microsoft Clarity), only after you accept their cookies. When you send a demo request we send these platforms a "new lead" event with your email and mobile number hashed so they cannot be reversed (SHA-256), only to measure campaign results.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests while we are in contact with you and for [24 months] afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner, then we delete them or make them no longer linked to you. The consent cookie lasts 180 days.

Your rights

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you can:

• Know what data we hold about you and get a copy.
• Correct or update your data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Withdraw your cookie consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
• Complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), only authorised staff with protected accounts can see requests, and the secret keys for advertising platforms are kept on the server only.

Children

The site is aimed at organisations, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy when the way the site works changes. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of this page.
