Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Sabeel Schools and MOTUS?
Sabeel Schools is for the student transport operation: students, parents, seating and subscriptions. MOTUS is for the bus owner: vehicles, drivers, costs and the profit of every bus. The bus and driver in Sabeel Schools come from MOTUS.
Who pays the subscription: the parent or the school?
It depends on each school's setting. Parents can pay in the app by card, e-wallet or Fawry, or the school can pay under a contract.
How is a student's boarding recorded?
By scanning a QR ID card or an NFC bracelet, or a manual entry by the supervisor, and more than one method can be enabled per stage. If the supervisor is absent, the driver can be given the permission for one trip.
